Job Title: Physician
Location: South Florida
Compensation: $1000 a day or more: Negotiable
Reports To: Title: VP/ Operations

Type of Position: Full Time
Hours Per Week: 40

General Description:

Purpose of the Position:
To oversee clinic while providing care for qualified patients that meet pain management program requirements. To educate and increase patient awareness on the importance of following the precise treatment plan by physician.
Job Responsibilities: For the purpose of improving care of patients suffering with chronic pain. Diagnose and Prescribe proper pain medication as needed.
Assess each patient to determine the appropriateness for pain medication
based on individual assessment . For patients deemed appropriate for pain management program, conduct a full assessment, and admit patient into program according to the established protocol. Perform other duties as agreed on by the hospice council and the hospital.

Work Experience Requirements:
Must be a licensed physician with/ or with the ability to obtain a FL license.
Previous Pain Management experience is a plus but not required.

Education Requirements/ Licensure Requirements:
MD or DO
Florida Medical License.
