Hi, My name is Piper and I was just sprung from animal control. They tell me that I am about 1-2 years old, and that I am mixed with something, but not sure what, but everyone tells me that I am very cute and friendly. But......... I have been diagnosed with heartworms. My foster mom is getting me treated so as soon as all those worms are gone from me, I will be ready to go to my new home and my new life. I am a bit larger than most of my foster brothers and sisters, tipping the scale at about 37 pounds, but I love everyone!! Please watch for updates as to when I can go home with you!! Piper is doing well with her treatments and will be ready for adoption soon. She is a very sweet dog who just wants to be loved. Pictures to come soon.
