Black Labrador Retriever - Extra Large - Adult - Female - Dog -

Roxie was due to be put-to-sleep at a small rural dog pound in W.V. when PIlots-N-Paws flew her to safety. The middle photo is one of her sitting in the airplane seat! She is 7 years old and weighs about 100 lbs but is quiet and gentle and great with kids. She has a slight limp and the vet says it is tendon damage that may take months to heal completely. However, Roxie is able to get around just fine and can even climb stairs. Her adoption fee includes arthritis medicine, heartworm prevention and flea/tick treatment.
