New SNOWBIRDS from Québec, Canada. We would like to vacation in the Lakeland area next winter for 3 months (January to april 2009 and the years after).  You will find us friendly, tidy and good tenants.  We are NON smokers. Looking for friendly 55+ park with swimming pool and clubhouse. We want a doublewide mobile home. Possibility to rent with option to buy, if the price is right.
